Final rule: Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation

Agencies: Defense Department, Office of the Secretary — The Department of Defense (Department or DoD) is issuing a final rule to amend its regulations to exempt portions of DoD-0024, "Catch a Serial Offender (CATCH) Program Records," system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974.
